Return And Refund Policy

Return Period:

  • You can return your products within 30 days of receiving them.

Return Shipping Cost:

  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 2% restocking fee may apply for order cancellations or changes.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and accessories, unused and in acceptable condition.
  • Final sale products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • For damaged or defective products, you need to share photos or videos along with your order number. You will receive a link to upload these materials.
  • For damaged products, please inform the shipping company within 5 days of delivery.
  • Please ensure all returned items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-15 business days and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:
