Official.It definitely is the official Drum units, and mine works great and even prints some things better then what the printer shipped with. But the yellow drum has problems and causes a banding effect with anything green or solid yellow. I have ordered a replacement and I hope the new ones are all OK. It isn’t anyone’s fault and the packaging was fine, I just got a bad drum unfortunately.

Print quality goes downhillEver since we installed this unit our print quality has gone downhill. The colors don’t print like they used to. I have compared print jobs to one’s we ran before and the color difference is alarming. There are also streaks and patches that appear on documents we print. We’ll be going through a reputable print supply shop for our next purchase.

Replace Black Cartridge error messageI replaced the black cartridge in my Xerox Phaser 6600 with this new black cartridge. The “Replace Black Cartridge” error message is still showing and the printer is inoperable. Researched this issue online and it appears to be a common issue with this cartridge. To top it off I am past the thirty-day window to return the cartridges. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Replacing toners DO NOT work!Purchased all 4 cartridges, and replaced them. Also even tried to “Reset Defaults” settings. Constantly getting “Replace Cyan Cartridges”. I’m going to send these back, and trash the printer. I read on their support page, and this seems to be a common problem with this type of printer. I suggest avoiding buying this Xerox 6600, and stick to the good old HP printers.

Did not fit our Phaser 6600 Xerox printer. I waited too long and discoved that I can’t return them.When I received them couldn’t tell if they would fit, even though on the box it stated Phaser 6600. So I waited until I needed to replace one! Today, I found out they aren’t even close. Worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon ! I’m unable to return them!
