I wish I could return this TVTo much to say and not enough room. I bought this TV for my grandkids room when they visit. 1st off, when they came they lost the remote. Couldn’t find it so I bought a new one. It sucked. It didn’t work most of the time, when it did, it would go very, very, very slow. It would change to something else out of the blue. It does that now. I would be pressing the button over n over n over again and it still wouldn’t work, so we just left it alone. Fat forward, found the remote. Still some of the same issues. It cuts off quick. I paused the TV, came back, it was off. I need a reliable TV that actually works and this one isn’t it. Now I still have to buy another TV for their room when they visit.

A word…excellent!Is it a $1000 TV? No. Nor is it trying to be. So please stop reviewing it as if it were. For the price it’s perfect. It is for our camper. Not looking for a cinematic experience in a 31 foot camper. Just something to do on inclement days! I like it so much I’m going to buy another for my workshop. No complaints at all. I think Skyworth could become the next Vizio!

Terrible!First of all, it arrived late. 2nd, the feet/legs that hold the tv up would not screw in all the way, so the tv was not stable on the desk. It’s not possible to use it without the legs as there is a very delicate looking receptor at the base of the television that would most likely break under the weight of the tv. I had to prop it up with books. Next, it was exceptionally difficult to program. My sister went to an Ivy league university and studied electronics. She and I struggled for over an hour to get this thing up and running. The picture quality was beautiful. That’s the only thing it had going for it. There was a big red sticker on the inside of the packaging that asked the consumer not to send it back if they had difficulties. Then they gave a toll-free number to call for help. When I called at 1pm EST, I got an answering machine that said they weren’t there. The next morning, the tv wouldn’t turn on at all! Unbelievable! As I sat in disgust, I noticed that the box had several shipping labels on it that had been partially scratched off. It all dawned on me that I had purchased an expensive piece of junk. To make matters worse, I saw a typo on the box. It said “SMATR TV”…not a smart tv. A smatr tv. Oh my goodness. I’m done. This thing is going straight back to where it came from.

DO NOT BUYDO NOT BUY… Picture glitches, remote not hand friendly, long delays between switching channels, forms itself off intermittently,… and the list goes on !!!

Remote doesn’t go back to previous channel without entering the channel #.Great picture. Remote control is problematic and frustrating to operate. EDIT: IF IT BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A PICTURE UNPLUG THE TV FOR 30 SECONDS AND THEN PLUG IT BACK IN & THE TV WILL WORK.

DOES NOT WORKAfter a week of owning this tv, none of the wireless features worked anymore. Wifi would disconnect at random, the soundbar I connected via bluetooth would randomly disconnect, and HDMI inputs would without warning cut off and go black or show the NO SIGNAL screen. The tv would also randomly turn off while being used.

Save your money.Worked well for about 2-3 weeks. Now it’s so slow, the remote lags and the tv freezes all the time. I’ve tried new batteries and different locations in the house for WiFi connectivity. The tv is trash. The picture quality is blurry and washed out and the sound is horrific for music. Just sounds like it has water damage. DO NOT BUY NOMATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL IS.
