Highly Recommend I’ve purchased 5 pre built PCs through Amazon and this was by far the most well done build.PC:For starters, the cable management was phenomenal. Doing it right takes a lot of time and thought so most pre builds have average to poor cable management. They must have used high end thermal paste and/or I won the silicon lottery because the CPU temps while under load blew me away. The 360mm AIO was properly installed in the optimal position (top of case).Everything is Corsair, including the RAM so fan control and temperature monitoring was a breeze. The 1000 watt power supply unit is actually what you need – especially if you want to overclock. Similar computers only have an 850 watt PSU so future upgrades/overclocking would be limited.Customer Service:I reached out to them before and after the sale. They responded quickly and were very helpful with everything I needed. What could be better:Rear exhaust fan wasn’t RGB.RAM wasn’t RGB.They didn’t install the optional two fans for this case and didn’t remove the airflow redirect panel so motherboard/RAM hardly got any airflow. Removing the panel would have required uninstalling the fans since the cables ran through them. There’s no doubt it looks more aesthetic with the panel, but the motherboard/RAM need airflow.Speaking of airflow, a stronger rear exhaust fan would’ve been nice. The AIO has 3 high end fans so it sucks up most of the air through the top before it can make it across the case (cooling top of GPU, motherboard and RAM).

Problems from day 1 and I regret buying this computer.I usually buy pre-built rigs, because I don’t know much about computers. From day 1 I had problems getting a screen to show up, and playing any sort of video game would crash the computer. I don’t know if the parts weren’t compatible or if something was faulty, but I literally couldn’t use the computer for what I bought it for.Less than two weeks after owning it, it now won’t give me a signal to my keyboard, mouse, or screen at all. This is literally the worse computer I have ever bought, and I regret buying it. It’s a shame, because everything should have blended really well together.

Not as bad as some of the other reviewsTook a shot after reading some reviews and was not disappointed. You know it’s not the best PC out there but I’m more of a console guy and my brother convinced me to try PC. Didn’t want to break the bank and definitely is going to need some upgrades later but I am pretty happy with the buy! Mine didn’t come with a remote to change the led fans but there is a button for it on the top. I would recommend buying the slightly more expensive one as I think it comes with slightly better components but I can play fall guys, Minecraft, Skyrim, and a couple of other games just fine. Didn’t play them for long maybe 2-3 hours tops at a time but handled very well and the fans aren’t loud at all.Well packaged and pretty clean looking in my opinion. Learning quite a bit and plan to keep this thing around for a bitOnly reason I gave tech support 4 stars is because I haven’t needed to use it and didn’t want to give a false opinion but the computer did come with a couple application already installed to help with tech support

Great for gamingI got this pc about a week ago and can I play Genshin Impact sometimes 8+ hours a day and this pc holds up with little to no noise. I don’t play many games that makes that computer strain too much but so far it’s very quiet and good at staying cool. I don’t have any complaints. (I gave tech support 5 stars because I haven’t had to use them but I feel like that’s a good thing)

Amazing, Happy FamilyUnfortunately I can’t give more than 5 stars. For starters it arrived 5 FIVE days early, before Christmas, and a weekend. Just unbelievable. Meet all specs except we received, i5 upgraded 4 core, and 2060 upgraded GPU, wifi 560 upgraded motherboard. Only been a few days, but fired right up and so far a slam dunk. Just amazing.

Bought one and then I bought anotherI bought my first SkyTech computer some years ago for general use and for gaming. It’s never failed to impress me. When my son asked for one naturally I went with this model as I felt a lot of confidence in this American made product. I have never used the tech support since I never had a need for it (as it should be).

Good Gaming computer for the money. I think? This seems to be a good system for the money but I’m not an expert nor do I play the latest games. Currently playing Borderlands 3 flawlessly and am happy with the machine.

Best budget prebuilt set up for the money…Very happy with this purchase. A good value…did add 8gb of ram and now playing over 100fps…but that’s a small price to pay. Couldn’t be easier to set up…literally plug and play. Already had a gaming mouse and keyboard…but this also comes with equally nice rgb wired mouse and mech/mem keyboard. If you’re getting into gaming with a PC…this is where you want to start.
