Excellent picture! Cheap junk camera mounts.The picture and motion detection works well. The plastic camera mounts are a joke. The cameras are too heavy for the mount.

Small Cost, Large Peace Of MindI liked the effortless setup of this system and the relative ease of installation of all components. I thought the camera mounts could be improved upon as they are a bit small and are thus a little difficult to work with, not only in the install but also later when the cameras themselves must be removed to charge the batteries. If I had one criticism of the system I would point at having to remove the cameras from their mounts to charge them; I would suggest making the batteries a removable unit for charging and leave the cameras in place on their mounts, or at least make the batteries accessible within the housing to be able to remove just them. Otherwise, I think this is a great little system. I had purchased earlier a Lorex system which didn’t work right out of the box and their customer/tech services were terrible which led to my return of the system for a refund. Not so with the WUUK, and I never had to call for any help. it worked perfectly out of the box.

Doesn’t notify you of motion when its dark. One camera works half of the timeDoesn’t notify you of motion when its dark, works fine in the daytime. One camera works only half of the time, takes forever to connect to the base. The support brackets do not support the weight of the camera, you will definitely have to work out a way to secure to your building. I REALLY wanted to love this product but unfortunately, its going back.

This company was very easy to work with and answered all emails in a very timely fashionMia, was my contact point for a problem that turned out to be an easy fix, she answered all my emails in a very timely manner and was a great help. All problem were resolved efficiently. One of my problems was an operator error, do not forget to take the shipping film off of the face of the camera before mounting. If you do not it will cause the Night Vision to do some very weird things. I have 3 cameras up around the exterior of my home for security purposes. The seem to work well except the WIFI is an occasional problem. Hopefully I will find a solution soon. All and all a good product for the price.

Solid security camera systemHook up and installation was a cinch. I will say that if you watch the live feed daily for hours at a time, the camera’s battery will drain faster. So just be aware of that. I have gotten to the point where I now just watch the clips where motion is detected, as the motion sensor works very well. Overall, a good purchase and the value is worth it. Would highly recommend.

Standard night vision could be improvedRevised–Overall the camera works great but I am returning them because our issue is different. The standard night vision needs improvement. It can be changed but you have to do it every time you open the camera to view it at night. Once changed, the night vision is ok but the attached image is what you see when you open the app.After trying a different, more expensive camera I have decided to keep them.
