    Storage in abundance now 😁Honestly, I had to call and get a replacement. When I first installed it, the computer would not boot up. Got a replacement and well the rest is history – its working great! Now I have a lot more storage 😁 great if you are a photographer and videographer that needs storage.

    A little noisy, but then I am using it in my desktop and not in a server in the data center.Have to rate as 4 because the most important thing is longevity, reliability, and stability over time. So we’ll have to give it another year or two.

    Better get you some! Overkill storage before it’s all taken by miners.This thing makes quite a bit of writing noise, but its the fastest hard drive I’ve had my hands on. Not SSD fast, but fast. And the library I can make out of 12tb WILL BE GLORIOUS!

    Valid 5 year warrantyI did a bunch of research and knew the drive I wanted was the Seagate ST12000NM001G, my only concern was purchasing and getting an OEM version without the 5 year warranty. Based on other reviews of drives purchased from the vendor ServerPartDeals, I took a gamble and made the purchase.Not only did I get a pristine 12TB drive with a valid 5 year warranty, but I got it fast and for a great price. I’ll definitely be ordering more of these drives, but only from ServerPartDeals!

    Lots of space with a 5 year warrantyThe first thing I checked was the warranty – 5 years. Woot! What else is there to say about having 12TiB of space? Drives are awesome, end of story.

    dead on arrivalDrive caused an A2 message on my ROG Asus board, vintage 2020. Would not boot with drive connected. Then tested to make sure inbn a second pc, a 2021 high end Dell that is working perfect. The Dell also would not boot with it connected.Drive also made a weird seeking noise initially.Probably got damaged in shipping , buncoed around, etc. Not willing to risk it twice,. Got a Seagate Iron Wolf Pro at microcenter which worked fine on first try.
