Legal, powerful and sound great!Was impressed that they got Part 95 authorization, pleasantly surprised by bargain price, happy the radios arrived quickly and knocked out by the range and clarity of these radios. One half to 2 miles is the norm but from mountaintop to valley (with some trees and hill in ways; not perfect line of sight) 6 miles has been achieved. Using for neighborhood watch/fire alert group. Have also programmed one for ham band and they sound great on a repeater. First radio my wife likes keeping in her purse (because of the slim light build.)Retevis has been great. Every question answered quickly and thoroughly. Had prob with 1 of 60 radios ordered so far and they were quick to respond and diligente in checking up. Their enthusiasm and getting FCC clearance demonstrates they aim to be serious players in the 2 way radio market. I will continue to order from them and highly recommend the company and their radios!

Excellent Little RadioGreat little radios. Very durable. Clips not as durable. Perfect for work or pleasure usage. Distance is about 1/4 mile in the city. Probably a little more in the country. Very clear and easy to use. They come directly from China. We purchased 30 of them. Only one had a switch issue. Retevis was easy to communicate via email with. Angela immediately got a replacement unit to us and followed-up several times to make sure we were happy with the purchase. And yes we are very happy with the purchase.

Good improvement in the h-777 good for a businessThese replaced 777 model. The were able to be programmed to work with the old until they are all out of service. They get less range then the old I think that is because of the antenna. However the built much more compact and sturdy and the battery life is way better. 24hrs or more.

Picks up in places some cell phones do not, and surprising range and clarity a few blocks up the street at another church. The team REALLY likes these.I order the pack of 20. All but 1 worked correctly out the package. I reached out and their customer service replaced it right away. Excellent customer service and am a huge fan of this product. I manage a warehouse of 100+ people and the leadership team says they are great! the clip is a little flimsy, but sturdy enough that none of the have broken. They love how loud they are which is a bonus too!Thank you again for a great product!!
