Is my phone compatible with Pivo?
The Pod and apps are compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones which meet the minimum configuration requirements:
– iPhone 8 or above with iOS 13.0 or higher
– Premium Android phones from 2017 and later with Android version 9.0 and higher
How can I charge my Pivo Pod and what is the battery life?
A depleted battery takes just 1 hour to charge with a standard 5VDC charger but can vary according to your USB cable rating and/or power source.
You can use a fully charged Pod for up to 10 hours (this may vary depending on the features being used).
Can I use my Pivo Pod with social media/video calling/camera apps?
Yes, you can use Pivo’s Face Tracking with third-party apps such as TikTok, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Perfect for horseback!I absolutely love my Pivo. I ride alone most of the time, so it is really nice to be able to record a ride and view it later. It also works well for sales videos, and with a trainer and horse friends who lives out of state, I can send videos of my riding for critiquing. The bonus is if I break my neck on one of my young ones, whoever finds me will know the story! 😆

Useful piece of kitI saw a few adverts for this on Facebook and was interested to see what it would do. Amazon were selling them at a discounted price for Prime Day and I had a voucher that I could use too, so I snapped it up! I’ve been really impressed with it so far. It’s pretty easy to use. It does sometimes lose the horse, but usually if it’s too far away or it isn’t distinct enough from the background. Looking forward to playing with it some more!

Gute Idee, aber erfüllt nicht ganz die ErwartungenDie Idee ist grundsätzlich gut, der Preis im Gegensatz zu Konkurrenzprodukten unschlagbar.Leider zoomt das Gerät beim reiten das Pferd jedoch nicht wie versprochen heran, so dass es manchmal doch arg klein wird auf dem Video.Zudem dreht es sich häufig einfach raus und verliert das Pferd. Wenn das innerhalb von einer halben Stunde sechsmal passiert, ist das schon nervig.Da heißt es, clever aufbauen, so dass man drumherum reiten kann und wieder eingefangen wird. Das nimmt natürlich nur etwas Platz weg in der Bahn und birgt bei Fluchttieren immer die Gefahr, dass sie das Gerät vllt doch mal über den Haufen rennen.Die Geschwindigkeit des Folgens ist grundsätzlich gut. Natürlich nicht so flüssig, wie ein Mensch. Zur nachträglichen Kontrolle, wenn man viel alleine reitet und keine Spiegel hat, aber durchaus eine nette Trainingsergänzung.
