Great DealOur old DVD player from them bit the dust. After many consistent years of useage it just stopped reading DVDs, but the customer service has always been impeccable so we ordered from them again and even upgraded with this newer model! Before we didn’t have a mounting system or headphones with ours. Mounting them was super easy and took no time at all, and the headphones are great because I like to listen to music while driving and not hearing my kids shows along with it lol. Also since we have owned them before I did notice the picture on this one is much clearer too! I also want to state in regards to above that ours probably quit working because my youngest has kicked it more than once, but due to the customer service we definitely wanted to order from the same company again!

Not RechargeableI purchased this for my two kids for some upcoming road trips. They have a 9 year age difference so I liked the option of watching separate movies and earphones. We haven’t needed it yet but I tested it and everything works great. Came with everything advertised. Picture and sound are clear. The only caveat is that they do not have batteries. The DVD players must be plugged in at all times in order to work. I was looking at several models and must’ve gotten mixed up when I placed the order. I admit, it was oversight on my part. When I came back to the product description and reviews to double check whether they should have batteries, I noticed other reviewers stating the company sent them wall chargers. I contacted the company and they agreed to send me either 2 wall chargers or a carrying case. I opted for the carrying case as I think that will come in handier than wall chargers. I appreciate the company working with me despite this being my error. I, and my kids, are looking forward to using these in the near future.Edit: don’t pick the case. I can’t complain because they didn’t have to send me anything. However, had I known the screens wouldn’t fit side by side in the case I definitely would’ve chosen the chargers.

Can be easily broken.I used them for 1 month then I noticed the screen was cracked on one and the other one just didn’t work anymore. They were a waste of my money.

Great products and even better customer service!Products are exactly as described and work great – the kids love them. The customer service of this Company is truly above and beyond. The brackets broken when I was attempting to remove the screens and they were replaced with zero questions asked. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience and I’d highly recommend them to friends, family and would purchase these products again!

Great DVD player all the extras!I purchased these units for traveling with my grand kids. I have friends that purchased other units that were at a lower price range and they are very flimsy. You get what you pay for. These are very nice. Firstly the mounting system is great and very stable. Will definitely last longer because when the kids try to change the dvds it won’t move. Other units have dangling Velcro straps. The actual players have weight to them unlike the no weight cheaper ones. I’m guessing that there are more metal internal parts as apposed to plastic on the cheaper units.The units also come with head sets and the volume is much louder then cheaper units.Seller responded quickly when I inquired about adaptors for home / hotel use. They offered to send me two for free. Bite the bullet spend a little more and they will last longer. Any issues, seller does the right thing and responds quickly. You will not be disappointed.I am not getting anything for this review. I wanted to accent the positive. It’s just to easy to say the negative things but people are not so quick to say the nice.

Very good value and easy to installFor the price you pay you can’t beat this unit. Nice equipment and easy to understand instructions. Couple of compromises such as units autostart when turning on the vehicle and without headsets the sound only plays out of the main unit that had the CD. But, these are easily overlooked by all the benefits such as the quality, simple start up instructions and dual remote-controls. I would recommend and buy again.Fyi. You must buy your own HDMI cable if you want to use that feature.

Poor headphonesEasy to use, good picture. One set of headphones came unraveled, other lost sound— all in a 6 hour trip.

Quick and easy installJust received these for a long trip coming up they were super quick and easy to install and to use. even my 5 year old daughter is getting the hang of starting the movies herself. Can’t beat the quality and customer service for the price. Definitely o would recommend to any one looking at getting something like this

Nice unitThese monitors are really nice. It’s nice that you can watch the same movie or separate. The mounting clips broke on ours and the seller was nice enough to replace them. The headphone cushions came off too, so we’ll have to use different ones, but overall they worked nice for our 11 hour trip.

Great for long trips!The DVD players work great for our long trip. They are easy to set up and take out. We had no problems with they players. They can either work in tandem or separately.
