Choose KAMRUI, Choose Professional Mini PC
Q: Stuck on “just a moment” page?
A: To avoid initial setup issues, the first time you use this mini pc, don’t connect network or wifi until the windows system of your mini pc is running. Because it will automatically download and install the patches and fixes when you connect the WiFi. That means it will take up plenty of time to load.
*If you want to have Windows 10 Pro OS, please send us the detailed information first, and we will send the corresponding file for you. Please do not change operation system by yourself, if you do encounter problems, we highly recommend sending the problem to us firstly and we will provide better solutions for you.
*Installing unofficial systems may cause driver incompatibility or instability. We highly recommended to install the official factory system.

Great for a bedroom PC, but the fan is noisyI needed a PC for the bedroom to watch videos on YouTube and from my server at night. I use wireless headphones for normal TV so my wife can sleep without bothering her. This Kamrui works perfectly for this use. The processor is plenty fast and the 8GB RAM is sufficient for watching videos and surfing the internet. While getting it set up, I loaded a couple games on it, and they ran reasonably well at their minimum settings, but I wouldn’t want to use this as a real gaming PC. I also got a wireless motion remote to control the mouse and I use the Windows built-in graphic keyboard. The setup works very well.My only complaint is the fan is very loud. My wife said it woke her up when it cycled on and off. Now I have been building my own PCs for many years, so I took it apart to see what I could do about it. The first thing I tried was to disconnect the CPU fan connector in order to try a different fan. Unfortunately the connector tore off motherboard despite holding it down with needle-nose pliers. Now I have probably done this 100+ times with other PCs and never experienced this problem. I was really unhappy that this happened (obviously poor quality soldering) and thought I was stuck with an unusable PC. I thought I would try to make the best of it and see what would happen without a fan at all. To my pleasant surprise, it works very well. Under normal use, like watching videos, the core temperature is 60-70C, which is perfectly fine. Even running CPU stress programs like Prime95 it holds at 80C, although you sometimes see thermal throttling being activated. I urge anyone else who is experienced with building and taking apart PCs to disconnect the fan, if they find the fan noise objectionable. With my “fix”, I am totally happy with this product and it has very good value for the money.

Awesome computer for the price and sizeLove the small size. For a great price, I am able to process my videos and pictures with ease. Really blew away my expectations. This little fella is a no brainer for whatever your computing needs are. Works great with my 32” monitor and saves so much space. Has audio Jack and more USB’s than I will ever need. I will buy another when the time comes no problem!
just fineThis mini pc isn’t powerful, but it works perfectly for what I need. We’re using one to create live captions in our church for the deaf and another one in a conference room for just zoom and powerpoint. No problems. All good. I wouldn’t use this as a primary pc for anyone, however.

Easy set up and handles routine tasks well.Came with Windows 11 pre installed. Not the fastest computer but is fast enough for routine tasks. Plenty of storage and I/O with 4 USB and 2 HDMI ports and room for an internal SSD which I installed easily. Does not have a SD card slot.

Worth the moneyPC is super tiny, but has necessary connections (ethernet, USB, etc.). It runs well and is totally quiet. For its cost, I would say it’s completely worth the $$$.

Did not complete setup without bypassing WiFiUpdate 4/2/22:When attempting to perform the initial Windows 10 setup on the second PC, I experienced the exact same issue as before. After configuring access to my network and signing in to my Microsoft account, I was prompted to create a PIN. The system hung on the next screen for 24 hours. However, this time when I contacted technical support (by email – the phone number on the device’s tag does not work, and this time the email did not bounce back as it did on the attempt to contact them about the first PC), I received a solution to the setup issue. By skipping the network configuration portion of setup, I was able to get past the obstacle. Now the PC operates acceptable well. I do like the extendability of the PC – it has several USB ports, an Ethernet connector, a slot for a micro SD card, and even a second hard drive. It should be noted that the version of Windows 10 shipped with the PC does not supply an option for US English as the language, and it does require several update cycles before it’s up to date. The CPU in the PC is also reported as not compatible with Windows 11 – see 3rd photo. This is fine with me as I expect the performance of Windows 10 to be perfectly acceptable for my purpose.Overall, if buyers are patient and persistent, I would recommend this PC to them.Update 3/19/22:The support team at Kamrui is very proactive to prove that the PC I was shipped was an anomaly, and I have agreed to evaluate another unit. If the setup sequence goes flawlessly and the replacement unit performs as specified, I will correct my review to reflect the quality of the new PC.I waited for an hour for a PIN to be established in the setup sequence, never prompted for it. Called the number on the device, got a recording that did not acknowledge that I had even contacted Kamrui and no ability to leave a message. Sent an email to the address on the device; returned to me as undeliverable. This mini PC was marked as “Amazon’s Choice” – perhaps it once was a good choice, but no longer in my opinion. I’m returning it ASAP.
Great Mini-ComputerBought this specifically to connect to my TV via the HDMI interface. Couldn’t have been easier to use. Connected HDMI, network and power, a keyboard trackpad combo via USB and booted. Everything worked exactly as intended. Speed is really good, no problems with Windows Update or any other program that I want to use. Computer is quite responsive, switches between programs and is a pleasure to use, no problems at all. I have installed apps to stream programs to TV and that works very well, good volume and image quality. I did want to obtain the files to flash the BIOS to update to Windows 11; contacted Kamrui and Skylar responded within hours. Was able to get me the files I needed to flash the BIOS. Customer support has been quick and accurate. I would not hesitate to buy this machine or any Kamrui computer in the future. Very pleased.Update: Just wanted to add that I flashed the BIOS as instructed and it worked flawlessly. I did not see any reviews on here that mentioned the BIOS update so I wanted to share my experience. Email Kamrui as instructed and they will share the correct flash file with you. Follow their instructions implicitly for creating the USB stick. Be sure to note the NAME of your USB stick, as that is what you will boot to after pressing F7. Unless you have a SanDisk USB stick, the name you boot to will be different than the one in the instructions. The program will erase and write the blocks of your BIOS chip as it should. My machine booted after the upgrade and now the PC states it can run Windows 11 in Windows Update.Update 4/3/22Everything was working fine with the computer until about 2 weeks ago, it would not power on. I checked the power supply for output and it was reading 12 volts as it should. It is now well past the Amazon return window, so I contacted Skylar at Kamrui and told them of the situation. He had me do a couple of troubleshooting steps and still no power, so I was asked to send the unit back. I shipped it out on Monday, and I now have the new unit Sunday, just 7 days turn-around time. Electronic devices will fail from time to time but it is great to know that Kamrui stands behind their products and takes care of their customers in a timely fashion. Very happy with their service and Skylar’s help in getting the issue resolved.

I’m beyond pleasedI tend to keep my computers, laptops and tablets forever. In fact, my daily workhorse Dell was over 10 years old. But even with my extensive tune-up routines, it was starting to struggle because of older chips, CPU speed, and not enough RAM. Looking for a replacement, I started at conventional laptops. But I saw an article about mini PCs and it all just made perfect sense for my needs. I didn’t need an attached screen or keyboard. — just a fast CPU, more memory and enough ports to plug in all the peripherals. I read some non-Amazon reviews on this, so I knew what I was getting into. I liked that it had Intel Pentium chipset, 12gigs of RAM and Win10 Pro. The ability to add an SSD drive and a micro-SD chip were bonuses. The only thing that would have made it better are USB-C or Lightning ports. But I didn’t want to wait the months before those start showing up in the mini form-factor.Set-up / start-up was easy. And it’s been trouble-free from it’s first boot-up. It’s running a pair of 28″ monitors (and I’m adding a third), and through a powered USB 3.0 hub, 8 external hard drives. I keep close tabs on performance by keeping Task Monitor running to see CPU and RAM usage.Bottom line: It’s exactly as described, and what I was looking for. Oh, and I saved a crap-ton of dollars. No, my guess is it’s probably not going to excel at gaming or crypto-mining use. But it keeps up with my usual habits of having 3-4-or-more different browsers (Opera, Brave, UR, Waterfox, TOR) simultaneously running, each with multiple tabs open, while also having a couple of resource-hog MS Office programs open. And, to hit this point again — I saved a crap-ton of money.
