Zippers are breaking and it’s not even a year old!We bought this $200 briefcase for our son in law for Christmas. He’s an attorney and it gets a lot of use so we made sure to look for a higher quality briefcase with good ratings. It is 9 months old and the zippers are already breaking! Amazon states we are “out of our window for return.” Something this expensive should at least last a couple of years and customers should have some type of recourse for defective products.Update: I have edited my review to 5 stars as Ann from Luxorro promptly responded to our complaint and is replacing the briefcase! Thank you Ann and Luxorro! You now have a committed customer for life! Awesome customer service!!

Very nice function, size bagMaterial, craftsmanship appears very good. Okay leather smell, not sure what chemicals were used to tan this leather though. I replaced a Hartmann bag that I had around ~10 years usage out of. My Hartmann was 7 1/2 in. deep at the base, which was too much, and my old bag just kind of ‘flopped’ or sagged from years of use. This bag has a more sleek depth, profile. The appearance of the leather, with full grain and stipple appears of high quality. The key snap hooks (photo of mine shown) is a really nice feature of this new bag, as my old bag it was a nightmare finding the right key set (car, motorcycle, house, office, garage remote fob, etc.). This bag has a nice strap for stacking the bag on my pull-luggage with handle.

Great leather briefcase, but stitching not good.Great leather briefcase, but unfortunately did not last long. I do not use the exterior pocket due to preferring to use the pockets with zippers. But upon checking the bag. I found that the stitching came undone. Bought on 7/12/22 and by 9/14/22 is when I noticed the damage. It’s past the 30 days return policy so now I’m stuck with it for now. Disappointed it did not last longer. Other than that. Fantastic briefcase, like the style.

Exceeded expectations of Quality of Leather4.50 Stars. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this briefcase. I used a samsonite for 15 years and it was perfect. I bought that same model from samsonite and I could no believe how poor their quality is now. So, I searched and searched and researched and based on other reviews I took a chance on the Luxxoro briefcase. I was very impressed when I received. Nice packaging. The leather is very good quality. It is thick feeling leather and just overall feels like good quality. I have looked at several other bags on the market and this one definitely has the best quality leather. The only Cons/downside is that one of the the outside pockets is a flap with two magnets and does not really hold closed when stuff is in that pocket. It would be better if it was a zipper pocket. The other outside pocket is opened by a zipper. The configuration inside the bag, I believe could have more pockets. All the stuff I carried in my Samsonite does not fit into this bag in an orderly fashion because it does not have as many pockets on the inside. I am pretty sure it is the same size as my samsonite bag but it feels smaller right now, and I think that is because the leather is so new and has not had a chance to get broken and and loosed up and then that will help the back stretch a little more to allow me to put more stuff in the bag. Overall I do highly recommend this bag!!!

Great looking high quality laptop briefcaseI was looking for something that can last a long time to replace my backpack. After reading some good reviews, I zeroed in on this one. Once it arrived, I was very impressed by how well-made and good looking, precisely the sophisticated and not gaudy appearance that I was going for. I had been afraid that my laptop (16 in 2021 Macbook Pro) wouldn’t fit in, because the product description says a 15.6 in laptop can fit in it. The manufacturer assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. I was of course very pleased that my computer fitted into the laptop slot like a glove. I think a smaller laptop may bounce around in there, a problem I had with my backpack. Anyway, I’m very happy with this purchase and I think this bag will serve me very well for a long long while.

Great bag, but zipper is Sewn into the bagI bought this for my brother. He loves it but he can’t use one of the zippers. Would love if I can’t get a better one but he cant wait.

Styrofoam inserts? Bad stitching.After barely a month of use on weekdays, carrying only 2 blocks to the office the stitching in the side pocket came undone, exposing the foam fillers used to give the bag structure. Additionally, the front pocket never closed because the magnets they used were defective. The leather was soft, and the packaging was premium quality, but they cut some significant corners.

Extraordinary Customer ServiceOk, so I love this briefcase, but it did not come to me perfect. There was an issue with the stitching in the lining of the under flap pocket and within three weeks it had completely ripped free. The return options offered through Amazon were not great so I reached out to the company directly. Ann at Luxorro responded to me within an hour on a Sunday. She worked with me through the entire resolution process, and I could not be happier with the way they cared for me. I have a new briefcase and love it! I have packed it differently to be cautious of the potential weak points, but the design and functionality of the bag is exceptional. I am deeply impressed by the company and am happy with my briefcase. I will continue to work with this company.
