Watch out for the mic placementThe headset is fantastic and does everything it says it does, but there’s one caveat I noticed and that’s that the boom mic is very short and unless I have the headset sitting a bit forward on my head/ears, the boom mic either doesn’t line up with my mouth (and others on calls say it’s hard to hear) or it ends up right against my lips and is uncomfortable and causes “scraping” noises in the call.If the headset mic arm was a bit longer, it would actually fit. Note I’m an average-sized guy, I’m not tall or fat, nor do I think I have a big head (physically or virtually).

Would be a good headset except that they hurt your headI was very excited to receive this headset after reading many favorable reviews. Potential buyers should be aware of one serious flaw. There are sharp plastic nubbins underneath on the band that connects the two speakers that will dig into your skull if you wear these for more than a half an hour. Yes, Jabra covered the nubbins with a very soft (flimsy) cushioning but it is not sufficient. According to Jabra customer support “The clips you mentioned are designed to keep the head cushion in place and are not able to be removed”. Not much interest in solving the issue on the manufacturers part it seems. Sitting through long meetings is bad enough, but with this headset, it may actually feel like you’re in a torture device. Two stars.

uncomfortable and glitchyI am on my second pair of these, which were supplied by my employer. They are horribly uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I find them very tight, hot, and have virtually no adjustability. They are also a pain to try and get set up properly and get a consistent experience from. These headphones are not worth the zero dollars I paid for them.

Fantastic sound and fitI recommend this headset is perfect for work or even for listen music while you are in your laptop. Is compatible with PC in my case I use it with a Dell XPS and it was very easy to set up actually it was ready, just plug and use.

Brilliant headset, excellent software and integrationsReally good quality headset, the stand is excellent and charges the device as long as you remember to put it back, the software is really easy to use and manage the headset, it has multiple connectivity options (I have it connected to my iphone and computer so that I can take calls in either device easily hands free)The battery life is very good, I dont have any problems doing a full working day on the device with small charges between meetings and work, the headset is well built and comfortable to use for a long meeting or call the software is regularly updated and automatically updates itself if you want.The stand is very stylish and looks good as well as being practical, it doesnt slide around or move on my desk and takes up a minimal amount of space, its useful if you can to plug the dongle in where you can see it as it has a coloured LED on it that gives you info about the connection it is currently using.

Besser Teams zerifiziert oder reicht UC-Ausführung?Mir hat sich der Unterschied in den Ausführungen “Teams zertifiziert” und “Unified Communication” nicht erschlossen. Da ich mit “Microsoft Teams” arbeite, hatte ich mich für diese Ausführung entschieden, um eine größtmögliche Kompatibilität zu erhalten.Wer sich das auch fragt, da die Ausführung ” Teams zertifiziert” ein paar Euro mehr kostet: “Teams zertifiziert” bedeutet, daß ein paar mehr Knöpfe am Headset sind, die Funktionen direkt in der Software “Microsoft Teams” steuern. Stummschalten, Rufannahme und Meetingteilnahme per Knopf und so etwas. Ganz nett, notwendig ist es nicht.Das Headset ist teurer als der Wettbewerb, aber Klangqualität beim Hören und Sprechen sowie der Tragekomfort ist super. Die Bluetooth-Reichweite ist groß, paralleles Koppeln mit z.B. Smartphone für Telefonate klappt hervorragend.

Kopplung mit dem Smartphone und Windows PC parallel möglichDie Tonqualität ist wunderbar. Der Preis ist aber auch sehr hoch ca. ? 180 €. Auch der Lageschalter das der Ton ausgeht, wenn der Kopfhörer auf dem Schreibtisch liegt oder der Kopfhörer auf der Schulter abgelegt wird funktioniert gut. Weiterhin ist über das drehbare Mikrofon der Ton einfach schaltbar. Funktioniert mit Teams und Telefonanlage super.

Peu fiableIl y a de nombreux soucis de fiabilité sur ce produit : – Au bout d’une semaine seulement, le logiciel “Jabra direct” sur Mac ne reconnait plus l’appareil – Au bout de quelques mois, le son grésillait en l’utilisant via USB – Au bout d’un an et demi, le son s’est également mis à grésiller en bluetooth – Des faux contacts se produisent de temps à autre sur sa base de chargementSans ces problèmes, ce ne serait pas un mauvais produit, et j’ai de la chance qu’il soit encore sous garantie, mais les problèmes techniques qui s’accumulent font que je ne le recommande pas. Je pense que la qualité du produit est inférieure à ce qu’on pourrait en attendre, vu son prix.Il a d’autres inconvénients qui peuvent être assez ennuyeux en fonction de votre utilisation : – Lorsqu’un son parvient au casque, on n’entend pas le début du son (il y a un effet de “fondu” sonore rajouté artificiellement). Impossible à désactiver et potentiellement très ennuyeux (ne se produit pas lors d’appels téléphoniques / visio) – Le casque ne tient pas très bien sur la tête – Pas très bien aéré, les coussinets sont souvent pleins de sueur lorsqu’on le porte pendant une période prolongéeIl garde malgré tout quelques avantages, mais ceux ci ne suffisent pas pour que je le recommande : – Durée de la batterie très longue – Son agréable – Finition et design assez joli
