Computer broke in 3 months, HP sent a replacement after many complaints and callsUPDATE: After lots of calls and complaints I had HP Case manager Richard assigned to me and he offered to send me a replacement Laptop. He is sending me a new laptop which is not touchscreen, but it has more memory and it is faster. I am glad HP came through and honored its reputation.Computer broke after 3 months. A local HP dealer told us the problem was in the mother board. We sent it back to HP, they had the laptop for 2 months for repair, and they told me the delay was because of a lack of parts. They returned the laptop not repaired and blamed the problem was due to misuse, saying we damaged the computer! Worst product/costumer service! We will never buy HP again! There are better products and companies out there!

Can’t believe I’m having problems alreadyThis Laptop worked great when I first got it, but now it keeps crashing and after just 2 months it’s not returnable. Should have bought the extended warranty but thought it would have at least come with an automatic 1 year warranty. Wouldn’t buy again.

Not a bad laptop … but a word of warning …Bought the laptop to use for college, so I don’t need it to be super powerful. The only real knock against it is that it has only 4 GB of RAM, so it can slow things down if you have multiple apps running at once. You can find some laptops out there with similar specs but considerably more RAM for another $100 to $200, and it might be money well spent for many people.Storage space isn’t a big deal because you can expand the storage with a simple high-speed SD card. I bought a 256 GB Samsung SD card for less than $30.The main thing I wanted to draw attention to is that the title for this laptop implies the display is in 4K and it absolutely is not. The highest resolution supported is 1366 x 768. Having 4K in the item title is extremely deceiving.Again, will definitely do what I need it to do for my college classes, and I’ll simply using my gaming desktop for more powerful needs.

GarbageLaptop looks nice but is garbage!!! Reminds me of using dial up. Delayed response keeps freezing. I’ve just closed it up and took a loss!!! Because it’s too frustrating waiting for it to do what it supposed to do. And keeps shutting down ?!!!! WTF

I LOVE this laptopI ordered 2 of these. It was a combined present for Mothers day and birthday for my Meme and MIL. Gift was a late gift. My Meme loved ut while she had it. A week and a half after setting ut completely up. Transferring all the passwords and setting it up to how she would like and letting my 4yo surprise her with it she passed away. My husband told me I could just return the second one and wipe that one clean and give to MIL. I choice to keep it. I’m still using it keeping eye on her bank and email. Once I’m finished with her estate I’ll more likely keep the laptop for myself. My MIL loved hers as well and was shocked I spent the extra $30 for a touch screen. Well worth the extra cost.I would definitely buy this again!

Great product and Great PriceLove this little laptop. I needed to upgrade from the one that Strayer University sent me when I started school, which was crap. I really wanted a touchscreen and most other ones were out of my price range. This one is actually perfect. Enough memory for a student and easy to use and maneuver. Couldn’t be any happier!
