Why didn’t I get this years ago?I am so impressed with this Chromebook. I have never used a Chromebook before but my old laptop died and needed something to replace it for my business. I could not afford another laptop so I thought I’d try it and boy am I happy I did. I am amazed at how fast it is and how well it performs. I am still trying to figure out how to add my Microsoft office apps to it since it runs off of the Google platform but I have managed to get my Outlook & One Drive accounts loaded. It found and connected to both of my printers with a blink of an eye; connected to all email accounts within seconds and the speed is phenomenal. Why didn’t I do this years ago? My business is now up to speed (pun intended). I still have an old laptop for my personal/home life but this makes me want to convert that over as well. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a replacement for a laptop or an on-the-go machine. You won’t be disappointed. Love the number keyboard on the side. So helpful in so many ways.

Not TouchscreenThere is very much to like about the Laptop,it offers great value for Money. My main issue however, is that fact that it wasn’t touchscreen, I bought mainly because it was advertised as such

Good chromebook. No bluetooth. This does most of what you expect a Chromebook to do. Much better battery life than a Windows laptop. As long as you aren’t hoping to use Bluetooth, this is a fine choice. However, if you intend to do anything WHATSOEVER with Bluetooth, avoid this, since it does not actuully support it on any level. I have this Chromebook and several Bluetooth devices that I use with other devices. This Chromebook just spins “searching” for devices. My suspicion is that they had the GUI developers create Bluetooth graphics, but didn’t actually buy the hardware to actually “DO” Bluetooth. Hey, easy way to save $50 right? So to sum up, consider this if you have never heard of Bluetooth – otherwise, avoid like the plague.

Great ChromebookFirst off I just want to say that for the people that want this and still want to be able to use word, you can. Go to the google play store and get the app. Works just like word on your regular PC. This is a great machine and I am more than happy that I decided to get a Chromebook instead of a regular laptop. The no touchscreen is not a problem for me because I hate touchscreen computers. Also this is not a Chromebook that flips and works like a tablet and that is not a big deal to me either because I have a tablet. This is great for school and for when I need it to do zoom. The touch pad mouse takes a little getting used to but it is adjustable in settings. Overall, this is a great value for the $$ and I would purchase another Chromebook without hesitation in the future.

Good value for Internet-dependent laptopGood functional laptop, best for online use and internet-based projects only. Using it to teach online ESL classes via an existing online provider and it works well. Google’s Octopus OS is pretty intuitive, but it might take a little patience and research to become really proficient with it.Screen seems a bit hard to see unless it’s aimed directly at you but the keyboard feels comfortable when typing and the touchpad works great too.All in all, a great value for the money.

PERFECT for my sonI had to purchase a new laptop for my 9 year old after the old one (and I mean 2011 old) he was using finally conked out. I was relieved to find this one available on Amazon, especially considering the shortages that the country is going through right now. My son uses it without any issues for school, gaming and YouTube watching. The screen size is perfect and very bright, the controls on the computer are very easy to use and the case that comes with it has already come in handy because my 16 m/o is in her “everything is mine” phase and when she sees the actual computer, she tries to take it. The case keeps her confused and the laptop safe. While I wouldn’t recommend this for adults that have the need for large files for work or school, but it’s PERFECT for kids!
