How to connect:
1.Please connect the NVR and Cameras to Power Supply Provided（NVR box 12V2A/Camera12V1A）
2.Connect the Mouse to NVR. Connect PC/TV monitor to NVR with a VGA/HDMI Cable(Not provided)
3.Please connect the Router LAN Port to NVR WAN Port with Network Cable Provided
4.Lastly, please follow the instructions to set up various system functions.
- The wireless system doesn’t exactly mean that there will be no cables.You still need to power on the camera and NVR. Cameras will auto-pair to NVR by via built-in wifi.
- NVR should be connected to router via ethernet cable if you need remote access.
- 1TB Hard Drive is pre-installed in the system.When the Hard Drive is full, it will overwrite automatically.

Missing a cable.Okay, nix my previous review. For some reason, I was under the impression this system connected to the computer, and when the brain finally kicked in and the fact that my brother-in-law read that it was a stand alone system, we hooked it up to the smart TV and BAM…..the camera images popped right up. The images are very clear and the night vision is good. Installing them was easy once we figured out where they should go. I’m now in the process of trying to set it up with my phone but haven’t got there quite yet. The “supplied” HDMI cable was left out of the box and the company said they’d be sending one out right away but I haven’t got it yet, so I went to the local store and bought one.

Great product and reasonably priced.Easy to install. Day time vision is great. Night time not so great. Email pictures (warnings and alarm if activated) are not usable – too blurry. But email pictures are not really a problem because you can just “Playback” ( on your phone or the NVR) and see the video at 1080 clarity. Installing the online app on your phone is a snap and then you can monitor your cameras remotely with perfect quality. I had no wireless issues with the distance of where the cameras was installed. the farthest camera was 30 feet from my router and the picture is perfect. I would certainly recommend this product. Also, customer service is 2nd to none. I called them when I had a minor issue with the Login screen. They fixed the problem over the phone but were also willing to send me a new device if I was not completely satisfied. Great company.

High resolution security camera I had a 720p wired 4 channels camera system broken down after serving me for over 4 good years. Get this new system, first time see this brand on Amazon, and it is not disappointing at all.First of all, the images quality is great, it is very clear. I think the CMOS is the key, my previous system use CCD and the color was washed out and not as sharp. This be system support up to 1080p and I was surprised by how good it is.The cameras were pre-setted. What I did was plug the camera’s adaptor to the outlet and the system detected it in a couple minutes. Just in case, wifi doesn’t work and you have the Ethernet port for data transmission.The UI is pretty decent also. I love it’s fast response time, it makes the operation smooth. I had another system which is really slow, and I believe that was due to a slower CPU inside.This system come with a booklet manual which teach you most of the things that you need to know before setting up the whole system, but frankly, it is pretty simpleI am happy with the image quality and the system’s performence. I am now working on the placement of my 4 wireless camera and it shouldn’t take too long since the only wire I need to consider is the power cord.But there is one thing I need to point out. This system is a wifi system, I do not mean the system connect to WiFi and feed the stream videos. No, but it actually act as a wifi router. The four wifi camera connect to the system directly. And the main hub, the black box could not bridge wifi connection. Therefore, If you want to see the cameras through internet, you must connect the black box to your router directly with a lan cable. It is really no big deal for me, since I am placing the system very close to my router. But if your router is far from the system, you may only be able to record and watch the footages offline with a HDMI compatible monitor.I have record the system’s menu screen and all the option you can make under it. I hope it can help someone else to making their decision.

Excellent security system!Extremely good clarity and ease of installation and the price is very reasonable compared with other systems. I am using this for home security and also to monitor a chicken coop which is located 70 feet behind my home. I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the cameras had good signal strength including the camera inside the chicken coop. I had tried another system that the signal quality was not nearly as strong and I returned that system. My future plans are to get additional cameras to cover more of my property. I did contact customer service with a small issue that I had and they were very helpful. The system set up as the manual indicated it would and I find the controls to be very intuitive. Would recommend this system highly.

Great overallWorks as advertised. Cameras are easy to get connected once you get a feel for the system. Very easy to install, and the NVR can connect wirelessly to internet, doesn’t need an Ethernet cable as the description says. That’s was a great added bonus. Overall happy with the product and the app, now hoping it is durable and provides a few years of flawless service.

nice pictureWorks good, make sure you buy a hard drive it does not state you have to have one clearly, but you cannot playback if something happens if you dont have one for those who are not tech savy

The night vision is terribleThese cameras are not good at all. I posted a picture of what the night vision looks like. We returned them for a refund. We also could not get the motion detection to work it would not send any notifications or alerts.
